Abstract

Resumo. Nesse trabalho registramos a ocorrência de moscas neotropicais do gênero Epiplatea (Diptera: Richardiidae: Epiplateinae) em carcaças de suínos para o estado do Amazonas, incluindo notas taxonômicas e de distribuição.

New record of Epiplatea (Diptera: Richardiidae: Epiplateinae) in carcasses of Sus scrofa Linnaeus in Amazonas State

Abstract. In this work we report the occurrence of Neotropical flies of the genus Epiplatea (Diptera: Richardiidae: Epiplateinae) on pig carcasses for the state of Amazonas, including taxonomic and distribution notes.
